Alright, here I go. I had previously said I wont personally take all this bush falling talk to heart, meaning I'll just read and go, but as I read the various articles/opinions, i realized that i just could not "come and go" without a word. I must say the very first time I came in contact with the word "bushfalling" I took it to literally mean, "falling in a real bush" ( yes, go ahead and laugh) but of course thanks to personal experience and sites like this I now know better.
Without a doubt from the little knowledge i have about this topic, "bushfallers" are seen, with good reason as almost demigods. When they go back "home" , they command respect, every body listens to them with awe, and wish they could go about living large. I would love to think that every one would agree with me that traveling to foreign lands does in effect broaden your view of the world. You learn to treat people differently think differently and yes, act differently. Some "bushfallers" act differently because it is already their nature and some alas.. to show of their status( here, direct the blame at human nature) But for the select few who are a product of their circumstance..ahem, moi.. somewhat take offense to the generalization of "bushfaller" symptom (attitude). tell me which human being after being use to living a certain way of life will readily and comfortably settle for something else?( mind you i didn't say something less) and here i make my point...after living for soo long in "bush" coming back to pays will most definitely be different. Naturally i would want to live the same life i lived in bush, and this will bring my way those who envy me almost to the point of hate, i can afford what they might not be able to. But I must take caution here, because i am not an advocate for going to pays for the sole purpose of throwing big words and money every were so people can know your now a big boy/girl, Oga/Madam...
I personally think that the positivity and negativity of bushfalling depends on the way you as an individual see it. Maybe its just me, but when i read the other post, i get a sense of spite...almost akin to hate for fellow "bushfallers" masked in a heightened sense of patriotism for "pays" Don't get me wrong, i love "pays" both the good and the bad. I see "bushfalling" as a means to obtain what pays can't give you. Say for example education..etc.. and after acquiring that knowledge, come back to pays, work hand in hand with the willing few to bring it up to date.
All bushfallers ARE NOT alike..in fact look past the ones you see coming back to pays with the hummers and what not, because i've come to the conclusion that those who do that are very self absorbed ignorant "bushfallers" who even after spending years in bush often doing the crappy, backbreaking menial jobs for equal to nothing still have the same sorry mentality. But look to the new generation of "bush" raised paysans for the change pays needs so dearly...and i tell you, it is becoming a reality every day. So the next time you see a bushfaller, don't envy them for what they have, but envy them for what they are doing for their pays. These few, are those who give bushfalling a new meaning!

The Glorious Return
It's one heck of a situation when you look at it analytically. Those who have had the generous privilege of falling bush (and living there without getting kicked out sans visa) always picture that flashy day when they'll return 'home' and flaunt off the little wealth they've accumulated from abroad. It even sounds ridiculous when you hear them talking about returning to pays when they've not even left yet. In fact they just happen to be scheduled for an interview with the foreign embassy in pays but their hopes are already through the roof. I do not criticize their confidence but rather express my opinion on how people should properly envision the future. Falling bush is an immense opportunity,Fact. In bush there are countless paths you can tread upon on your way to success despite the numerous hardships you may face. When and if you do or do not succeed, you should shine a new light upon yourself as the 'sponsor' of your fellow men back aux pays. Successful paysans who've built themselves titles of prestige in bush such as Doctor, Accountant, Professor, RN etc should see they have a great duty towards their people; the duty to enlighten them or help by any other means possible. Be the paysan who fell bush, returned a doctor, and built a first class clinic for his people. Be the paysan who fell bush, returned a lawyer, and fought his way through ridding pays of its corrupt ways. Well that's enough of my rabble for now.
