Been recieving some tips from around and I think personally we dont have to always go towards flashy full featured websites like the CNNs or Gamespots.Com of the world. Those sites are adapted for faster browers and hyper speedy connections in Europe and US of A.
Personally, the Blog technic we use for our sites helps much because they are faster to load, easy to manage and edit and the heck, it is free hosting all year long.
The greatest help I wouldnt mind much getting are methods on how to port out all the project once completed in a compressed format to a different host server, offering advanced HTML tools and APIs. I think AfricaVision might have such a technology. Also, some kind of Log In application for the site's users just like on this one will be just too fine as it enables only members of the site on to post something.
Some kind of subscription based scripting for Users in a City or Country to be automatically informed by email when a new Paysan enters and register in his city or country, will be nice too. Well, one can't know all on day one so I guess as time goes by and experience sums up, we can really pull something worthy up.
PEace to the responsible Dockie Men and may the bushfalling dream lives on for eons to come...
Hey Alain,
thats a very nice gesture, and I would like to know how camerooniansabroad will handle the competition with soban.net camdates.com and even bushfalling.com ;)
Well I applaud the idea and went to the site but it seems u have hosted anything yet. On the blog I read the details, and I thing its going to be a great solution but why dont you make it continental [ Africans abroad dot com ]. Just put your 100% on it because web solutions like that take time and patience. If you need any help from me [ non technical(programming, design) help ] am ready to offer you the time
